A supplement only works if you actually take it. That sounds obvious, and it is the single reason most of the tubs on people's counters do nothing: they get taken twice and then forgotten. - A handful of frozen blueberries or raspberries

Can I make these ahead of time?
The HYDRATED and ENERGIZED bottles are built to sit, that is the whole idea, so making them in the morning and sipping through the day works perfectly. The ones with fresh fruit muddled in are best within a few hours. Keep it cold.
Do I have to use the exact amounts?
No. Treat the amounts as a starting point. More water if you like it lighter, more lime if you like it sharp, more or less ice. The only one I would not overdo is the caffeine, so stick to one ENERGIZED stick per bottle.

Are these a meal replacement?
