How MAKE Wellness Precision Skincare Works: A Drink, a Serum and an Emulsion

Precision Skincare is MAKE Wellness's first beauty category, and it has three products: RENEWED, a hibiscus-berry drink; REVIVED, a peptide serum; and REPLENISHED, a peptide emulsion. MAKE builds all three around what it calls the SPA Method: Signal, Preserve, Amplify. The full Precision Skincare Stack launched on September 28, 2026, and since October 1 each product is also sold on its own.

Skincare has always been one of my favourite things. Movie nights with friends had a way of turning, on a whim, into clay masks, sheet masks and at-home facials, and most of my shelf today is The Ordinary. I ordered the Precision Skincare Stack on launch day, and it is on its way to me now.

How the SPA Method works

MAKE describes Precision Skincare as "a Skin Renewal System with three Bioactive Precision Peptides™ products designed to support skin from the inside out and the outside in." The thinking behind it is that skin changes in how it signals, builds and protects itself, so MAKE designed the system "to support the foundational processes that help skin look firmer, smoother, hydrated, and more resilient over time."

The SPA Method gives each of those jobs a name:

• Signal. In MAKE's words, Bioactive Precision Peptides™ "support targeted skin signaling for visible renewal, firmness, and resilience."
• Preserve. Antioxidant-rich ingredients "help reduce visible oxidative stress while supporting skin vitality and resilience."
• Amplify. Hydration and skin-supporting technologies "help improve the look of texture, elasticity, hydration, and radiance."

Dr. Mark Bartlett, MAKE's Chief Science Officer and co-founder, explains the idea on the Precision Skincare product pages: "When we understand skin as a living communication network, peptides become more than ingredients. They become precision skincare ingredients designed to support visibly healthy-looking skin." MAKE calls itself "The Natural Peptide Company", and its other products already approach sleep, energy and focus through peptide signalling. Precision Skincare carries the same idea to skin, and that is the part of this launch that excites me most.

The three products

RENEWED: the drink

RENEWED is a hibiscus-berry powder, "with a hint of tartness" in MAKE's words, that you mix into 8 to 10 ounces of water once a day. A box holds 30 sachets of 6.4 g, a 30-day supply. Each sachet carries 240 mg of vitamin C, 3 mg of zinc, 250 mcg of copper and 50 mcg of selenium, plus 4.66 g of what MAKE calls the DermaSignal Matrix™: natural bioactive collagen peptides, glycine, a natural hibiscus peptide complex, pomegranate extract, proline, L-glutamine, lysine and sodium hyaluronate.

MAKE says RENEWED "helps support the body's natural collagen-signaling process, hydration, glow and full-body skin renewal." If collagen peptides are new to you, this explainer on collagen peptides covers how they are absorbed.

REVIVED: the serum

MAKE's full name for REVIVED is the Regenerative Peptide Serum. It comes in a 30 g bottle with a button dropper, a 30-day supply. The formula combines natural Sacha Inchi peptides, from the star-shaped seed of a vine in the Peruvian Amazon; goji berry exosomes, which MAKE calls "plant-based dual exosome technology"; green tea, pomegranate and hibiscus as an antioxidant trio; niacinamide; and hyaluronic acid at several molecular weights.

You press 2 to 4 drops onto your fingertips, then press and tap them into the face and neck until they absorb. MAKE lists what REVIVED helps support: firmer-looking, more sculpted-looking facial contours, a smoother and more refined-looking texture, a reduced appearance of fine lines and deeper wrinkles, and more hydrated, radiant-looking skin. REPLENISHED: the emulsion

REPLENISHED is MAKE's Polypeptide Stem Cell Emulsion, 50 g, also a 30-day supply. After the serum, you smooth 3 to 4 pumps over the face and neck with upward strokes. Inside are pea and teff seed peptides; plant stem-cell extracts from argan, apple and grape, with alpine rose; squalane; three ceramides (NP, AP and EOP); bakuchiol; hyaluronic acid; and the same green tea, pomegranate, hibiscus and niacinamide as the serum.

MAKE lists a brighter, more even-looking complexion, improved-looking firmness and bounce, a reduced appearance of dark spots, and less dull, fatigued-looking skin among what REPLENISHED helps support. It also contains bergamot and grapefruit peel oils, so patch-test it first if citrus oils bother your skin. If you have a skin condition or are pregnant, ask your dermatologist before adding anything new.

The ritual, in order

Remove makeup and cleanse. Apply REVIVED. Follow with REPLENISHED. In MAKE's guidance, sunscreen or makeup goes on after the emulsion. RENEWED goes in a glass of water once a day, whenever it fits.

On the Precision Skincare Stack page, Brandy M. writes: "I feel like I have a glow all day." Another customer, Delane J., says the serum and emulsion feel "100% refreshing, smooth, even luxurious." Individual results vary.

That is a few minutes a day. Darren Hardy, whose The Compound Effect was MAKE's September Book of the Month, sums up his book as "Small, Smart Choices + Consistency + Time = Radical Difference." A skincare ritual is that formula at its smallest: the same few steps, kept every day.
